GDPR Compliance – Our approach as a Data Processor

Loyalty Logistix Limited is compliant with ISO:27001 Information Security standard and has held this status for more than 4 years. This standard has been reviewed in context of GDPR and all Loyalty Logistix internal and external processes have been updated to reflect GDPR requirements. 

Loyalty Logistix does not sell data to any other external third party, and any specific data sharing with third parties including Microsoft Azure is done in the full knowledge and acceptance of our clients for contractual delivery purposes.
 

The data we process is restricted only to that detailed within our clients project scope and extracts are made on a daily basis from varying Dealer Management Systems.  This ensures our records reflect the latest customer preferences and amends as the source data. 


Our system’s processes do not allow an individual customer and vehicle record to become out of sync with the DMS. 
 

Loyalty Logistix holds external Information Security accreditation ISO:27001 and operates as a select Microsoft Independent Software Vendor in the U.K.

We are fully compliant with all existing Data Protection Laws including: Data Protection Act 1988, Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003 and any subsequent amendments.

We do not access/process/transfer any companies supplied personal data outside of the European Economic Area.
 

All employees and contractors at Loyalty Logistix are provided with Information Security training on a regular basis and as a team on an annual basis.
 

Data retention - we typically retain any supplied personal data over 12 months old as a historical record of transactions and ensure that it is deleted at the conclusion of the contract.


Loyalty Logistix has an up-to-date Data Protection Policy and Information Security Policy and has not experienced any personal data breaches in the past 5 years.

 

Loyalty Logistix has a new home!

We have successfully relocated our Head Office to the Menai Science Park, known as M-SParc, in Anglesey. 
 

Providing high standards of service is so important to us the move was carefully planned and executed, and we are delighted to say we are now fully operational.
 

Like any growing family as we expanded things had become a bit snug in the Bangor office.

The M-SParc office is part of a £20m Welsh Government funded development and has significantly more space.
 

This combined with its flexible, state of the art design, means that it can easily accommodate not only our current team, but any future employees as we continue to grow.

M-SParc is a subsidiary of Bangor University and undoubtedly the move will foster closer connections.
 

Already many of our team are Bangor Uni graduates and we expect it to continue to provide a ready source of new talent for Loyalty Logistix well into the future.

Jack Gower selected for Warwickshire Summer DoE Squad – Under 19 BOYS

June 01, 2017

Loyalty Logistix is delighted to hear that our youngest member of the Development team, Jack Gower has been selected to play for Warwickshire County Cricket Club Under 19’s squad, as part of a strong and large team of 18 players and the most senior age-group behind the professional team.

​“I’ve been playing for over 6 years now and I’m so happy that my hard work and commitment has finally paid off with this selection. I’m looking forward to a good season with my first match against Eaton College on Friday and will continue to work hard to further advance my Cricket skills.”

 

This squad competes in the Northern Counties Two-Day Competition as well as a number of T20 and 50 over matches, and one 3-day match. Many Warwickshire first class players have come through this age group.

As this is a significant achievement and to add to the pressure, Loyalty have sponsored Jack to help pave the way to greater stardom.

Loyalty Logistix Gains Funding for Volkswagen Contract

June 30, 2015

Bangor-based company Loyalty Logistix, which provides customer retention and data intelligence services to the automotive sector, has secured a £650,000 funding package from Finance Wales and NatWest.
 

The investment will be used complete the development of the final phase of a new integrated customer information system for the Volkswagen Group. It will also fund the costs of implementing the system throughout the car maker's Japanese dealerships.

Loyalty Logistix will manage the system once implemented as part of a three-year contract estimated to be worth €2m per year. There is also the potential to roll it out to VW's other brands including Audi, Porsche, Seat and Skoda.
 

Bobby Williams, Chairman at Loyalty Logistix, said:

"Winning this contract with Volkswagen Group in Japan is an important step forward for Loyalty Logistix and we hope to be able to build on our success in the coming years. We can now fund the final development and implementation phases of this project and also roll out the system in every Volkswagen dealership in Japan."
 

Loyalty Logistix has previously worked with Bentley, Jaguar and Hyundai and now plans to expand its Software Development team to develop systems for hybrid and electric vehicles.

Loyalty Logistix achieves ISO 27001 certification demonstrating world-class information security

Loyalty Logistix, the leading provider of Customer Retention systems and Data intelligence solutions to the Automotive sector, are delighted to announce that we have successfully achieved ISO 27001 certification, the internationally recognised information security management standard.

 

The certification puts Loyalty Logistix at the leading edge for best practices in managing information security and is an important part of company strategy to safeguard the integrity of all aspects of customer data and information.
