Lennie Pincher - Client Services Director
Widely known as Lennie rather than Leonard, Lennie brings with him a unique understanding of the needs of customers, dealers and the manufacturers behind them.
Lennie has around 30 years of experience both in retail and direct sales environments, delivering Sales, Marketing and Customer Satisfaction solutions. Having worked in the financial services industry for several years, Lennie moved into the retail motor trade as a Salesman. Following 8 years in the retail side of the automotive industry, he held several key positions, including General Sales Manager in a main Ford dealership and a Branch manager of another.
He left Retail Automotive in the 2000 to set up his own company ‘Quarum Ltd’. Between 2000 & 2006 he developed and marketed ‘Autolog TCM’ & ‘Autolog Showroom’ lead management & process improvement tools. This involved him dealing with both large dealer groups and vehicle manufacturers alike. These include very many dealers around the UK as well as, Mazda UK, Land Rover Financial Services and many others.
In 2006 Lennie was delighted to accept a merger proposal from Loyalty Logistix and together, as part of a much wider and stronger team, has helped to take the company's set of products & services to an ever growing global customer base.
